She has been one of my loyal blog followers for quite some time. She said to me, with a smile and a raised eyebrow, “You know, you really need to get back to blogging.” Yes, yes, I know. I’ve been enjoying the lull of January after the crazy busy season. In fact, I had planned to take a good part of January off. But then I got a call about two brand new baby boys who were ready for their first portrait session. Who can resist newborn twins? That was worth breaking my vacation early for!

These two handsome little men were perfect for their first photo shoot. They were awake a good bit of the time, but so calm and peaceful. They finally agreed to doze off together, and we all let out a collective “awww!” when they settled into their cuddled pose. Their big sister hovered close during our shoot, curious to watch, excited to have her portrait made, and ever so loving and nurturing toward her baby brothers. All three were simply precious.
