First, I am not a wedding photographer. Capturing that magical day is a specialty all its own. And while sometimes I feel a creative urge to explore that realm of photography, I think (as of now) my specialty will remain babies and children. My tiny subjects capture my heart in new and wonderful ways with each session.
But for a little variety now and again, I really enjoy Bridal Portraiture. So it was a treat to get to work with Katie recently …
Katie was a joy to photograph. She is so natural and graceful before the camera. And the highlight of the session? When Katie’s little neice, also a client of mine, found the veil and tried it on. What a beautiful bride she will be one day!
