The good news is that I’m on schedule for session presentations! But as you have no doubt guessed, I am behind on blog updates. As this busy holiday season has peaked in the last two weeks, I have been pouring my energy and time into session presentations and portrait orders, when I’m not shooting of course. And the blog has been sadly neglected.
So while I let my kids watch a movie on this rainy Friday afternoon, I thought I’d share a few sessions.
And a friendly reminder to those of you still deciding on your cards and holiday gifts … the order deadline is only one week away! November 14 will be the last day for holiday orders without a rush fee. Don’t miss it!
And now, meet precious little J! Isn’t he going to be a heartbreaker? I first met his big sister and fantastic parents last year, when J was but a twinkle in Mommy’s eye. I’m so excited to get to capture his first year in portraits.
I loved this shot of J with his big sister. Her love for her baby brother is so evident. She was so sweet and gentle with him, and she worked hard as my assistant to try to coax a smile out of him.

Renee - Hi Shannon. I stalk your blog but I’ve never commented. I wanted to tell you how much I love your photography. The picture of the sister holding her baby brother is very wonderful. I wish I had a picture like that of my kids. I also love the profile picture and the last one with his sweet smile. Keep up the great work!
