Yes, I did skip her 8th month on the blog. Can you believe it? No photographs to share from that month! I’m not really sure why, but I just didn’t have my camera on her every day as in other months. I did take a series of her playing in the bath, which I dearly love. But since we live in a not-so-safe world, I just don’t feel comfortable sharing those on the internet. Sorry. In May, I had my camera handy more often. Some of my favorite images of Erica and her brothers came from an evening in our front yard. This month, she was learning to stand up and also got her first teeth at last! She loved to give kisses and hugs.
I was thrilled that my husband caught these two images of me with my daughter. It’s rare that I actually get to be in a photograph with my children!
