My blog readers have seen these two cuties before. I was so excited to get to see them again, this time meeting at one of my favorite outdoor spots. Miss C and Miss A are almost the same age as my baby girl, and still I marvel at how each of the three are so similar yet so different. So even though they have been featured on my blog before, I simply couldn’t resist showing them off once again. Aren’t they precious??

I have had a fun time hanging out with this family at both of our sessions, and Mrs. P and I have had some great email chats. As if the fulfillment I get from my art weren’t enough, my job introduces me to so many great people. And there is always one thing we have in common – being parents who adore our children and want to capture every moment we can.

The minute I saw this image on my screen, I just felt happiness. Fresh air, warm breeze, soft sunlight, and the infectious giggles of children … Happiness.

These precious kids belong to a good friend and fellow Alpharetta photographer. Since we photographers seldom get a chance to be in front of the camera, we must remember to plan for such a time when we can actually be IN our own family portraits. So I was honored when the M family asked me to capture these images of their family together. The rain held off and the mosquitos only started their attack at the end of the session, so it all came together perfectly!

I have a stack of incredible, new albums on my desk and I can’t seem to stop looking at them! They don’t even have images in them yet … I’m just in love with the soft feel of the leather and the wonderful details in the album covers.

And now I get to share them with you! These?handcrafted books are the new expanded line of session albums available from Shannon Holden Photography. They come to you assembled with an assortment of images from your session, in a luxurious black presentation box or satin bag.

All albums are expertly designed in classic black leather with black pages. All are archival quality, to ensure they stand the test of time.

The Wallet Album is the perfect brag book. It holds 10 wallet size images (2.5 x 3.5 inches) from your session. My mother-in-law can’t wait to get one of these!

The 5×7 Premium Album showcases up to 28 images from your session. The 8×10 Premium Album displays up to 38 session images, in a scale that is truly breathtaking. Each has a small opening in the front cover to hold one of your session images.

And my personal favorite is the Mattison Image Box. This one is going on my coffee table as soon as possible! It is a rich black leather box, containing ten matted 5×7 portraits (matted to 8×10).
